This is the absolute best dress shopping experience I had ever had! We ordered a dress from Amazon for my daughter’s 5th grade graduation and it was back ordered at the last minute. We showed up to melrose 10 minutes before closing and the ladies had my baby fitted altered and a corsage made within 30 minutes!!! They were so accommodating and so sweet and patient they also were so understanding with my cranky preteen (who hates dresses) she looked amazingly beautiful and I am so grateful to these gorgeous angels that helped us!!! Friendly, patient, and understanding - are just a few words to describe the care and service performed at this business. "I wasn't even there for me". My sister had a "quinceanera" coming up for her twin girls.(They were turning 16, the next day). Horrible, the doll wasn’t clean they didn’t wrap it, her hair was really messed up one of the glass cups were broken, there was supposed to be 2 pillows but only one came and it was hideous they didn’t even try to make it look nice it was broken they didn’t bring the glass stand it just by itself super bad service she doesn’t answer the phone and she waited until the night before to bring everything I do not recommend anyone to come...
