Walked in this morning for some mangu (tres golpes - Dominican breakfast) and was extremely dissatisfied.For a small order for $5, I was given just one small egg, about the size of a quail egg, that looked like someone had taken a bite of it already. The mangu had good seasoning and flavor but was literally DRIPPING in oil. A soupy mess. I had to dab paper towels all around it just so it could be edible. It came with just one sausage round which tasted good, and the onions were good as well. However she gave me NO FRIED CHEESE at all. Service seemed fine, they spoke English and Spanish until I saw a worker in the back mashing up more mangu with her bare hands. Her hands could have been clean but for the large quantities she was mashing up, she should have used gloves honestly. Then that same woman came to ring me up, with mangu all over her hands, and handed me my debit card with mangu and oil all over it and didn’t seem to think that was an issue. Won’t be...

I ordered delivery, received my order with the rice clumpy and burnt (not pictured). Also my plantains were completely burnt, not charred or caramelized as they usually are. They actually look like they been sitting out for days. I was on the phone with them ordered. Expressed my order will be paid in two forms of payment. There seemed to be confusion being that she kept stating “ huh, no the fee for delivery haveto be higher” . The delivery fee minimum was met & I kept stating that so there was no reason for there to be a discrepancy. Which is why I think they delivered my food this way because they didn’t want to complete my request or simply just didn’t wanna do it. As well as the woman not comprehending. Also I always order from them so I would know. Lastly it would be beneficial in the workplace for them to learn English being that they serve to not just...

First let me start off by saying that their customer service sucks, idk how is it that they get hired speaking one language in America. Second , I ordered a family combo & I live right down the block from this restaurant. It took forever to get delivered.. the food sucked and I’m Spanish so I know what’s good food, the container of beans did not even have beans it was juice from the beans and about 12 pieces of beans. The chicken was stale as if it was sitting since the morning & the rice was like if it was the last little bit of the tray left to serve. I will never order here again.
