I have ordered several times at this locations. From something simple as a few pastries, a slice of cake or a whole cake order, the customer service was great. The associate will describe fillings or the difference between pastries. Even my husband ordered a cake (pictured) and he does not speak Spanish!!! I confidently order my cakes for special occasions. So unprofessional, when I originally went to put in the order it was Tuesday. Automatically they asked for payment without confirming if they could do my request. I bought this cake for my son’s 6 month pictures and I was so disappointed that I wanted to cry. As you can see by the pictures, this doesn’t look like a “professional” baker did it.
