5 Star Pizza Pasta & Burgers — Restaurant in New York

I have and as well as my family, Colleagues at Monti Hospital and others have ben spending money at this location since the original family owned this location. Then when izzy next door that owns the store next door had also owned this venue .. then when the new owners took over .. we have spent $1,000's . We never argue and barely complain unless its truly unavoidable. I placed an order for spaghetti parmesean 🍝 with meatballs + a strawberry shake and I paid extra for 5 sauces . Each being $2 each. 3 cesar dressings, honey mustard and a bbq.

Thats $10 extra that I paid. The order is delivered and no sauces at all but ketchup on all of my food when I told them that I was allergic to ketchup so I couldn't eat none of this $30 order of food.. I placed another order a different day and this time I alerted the manager or owner who We usually have a great relationship with about my previous experience so he said that he would specifically keep an eye on this order of which I paid again additionally $4 for ceaser dressings lol ..and again my order came with no sauces and all KETCHUP EVERYWHERE. This order was around $25 so that's $30 + $25 plus tips for delivery both times.. got it ? None of which I could eat. He instructed me to call him the following day for a resolution I'm guessing as I said I normally never have any real issues.

So I placed the call he begins to tell me I'll replace the order and to be honest I didn't want any friggin more food , but he was trying so I was willing to go along. He attempted to not replace my orders exactly he tried to downgrade them .. to a hamburger deluxe and i said excuse me it has to be cheeseburger as I don't order hamburgers he told me it would be free and he'll send the dressings.. I thought and said ok .. no problem .. before the food arrives he calls me to inform me that he's charging me for the sauces ??? I HAVE ALREADY LOST ALMOST $60 GIVE or take for food I couldn't even eat and I'm being charged for something I had already paid for twice ? Ridiculous right ? So I said ok no problem believing it will be my cesars and some extras idk. Food arrives and Guess what ya'll??

I paid $5 for sauces and tipped the driver AGAIN. So another $7 spent. When I check the bags no cesar dressings its ranch.. so I called back and said hey you sent me ranch dressings and then charged me for it.. he said we didnt have any cesar dressing.. so I said then why wouldn't you tell me this and then why would you charge me knowing you wasn't sending me what I expected? He said well at least you got the burger ??? And he don't care and to call 311 . BUSINESSES NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT OUR DEDICATION TO THEIR VENUE IS THE DIFFERENCE between you having a business and being put out of business.

So since you don't care We have issued a new Report to the Better BUSINESS Bureau.. we then will contact the health department and the District attorney of New York city ( I tell businesses all of the time know your clients and who they are before you threatened them or tell them you don't care, you never know their expertise or experiences ).

After these claims have been completed and submitted Civil Lawsuits will be sent out to each of the staff and owners and managers.

These are our neighborhoods. You don't take our money and tell us that you don't care and that we can go complain to 311 as you don't care, and you state on your menus that you care about allergies and yet you sent me 3 dishes / orders all with ketchup that could at minimum place me in the hospital fighting for my life or at worst could have Killed me.

You'll spend $1,000's of dollars defending yourself in court and each staff member will be sued with Civil Lawsuits for risking my life.

Them and you are all accountable for these combined accumulated lack of attention...

I’m sorry but we ordered food from here tonight and it is straight up terrible. Not only did it take about 1.5 hours away (despite being no more than 10 min away). I ordered the linguine with mussels and I could smell the fishiness before even opening the bag. The mussels were overcooked, bad quality and the pasta had no flavor. The eggplant parm was okay, nothing special. The arugula salad had almost no arugula and only 4 sad slices of tomato. The garlic bread that came with it was so oily it was hard to swallow. Honestly, I’m sorry and I hope this was a one off but the mussels especially is...

They always deliver in a good amount of time. Never got my order wrong extremely professional. Also their pizza is sooooo good especially the sauce they use. It has a lot of flavor. The right amount of sweet and savory to it with a little kick of red pepper flakes I LOVE IT !!!! SO YUMMY!!. OH ! AND THEIR CHICKEN CESAR SALAD IS TO DIE FOR FRESH CRUNCHY LETTUCE. FRESH REAL (REAL) CHICKEN BREAST THAT THEY GRILL AND CRUNCHY CROUTONS WITH PARMESAN CHEESE. OMG I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT YOU ALL GET MY DRIFT. ORDER NOW AND SEE FOR YOURSELF YOU'LL BE...
