I entered the store thinking it was like any other 7/11, but it was a magical enlightenment. The beautiful young man with glasses had my jaw dropped and mind blown with how professional and nice he was. He said hello, showed what they offered, and changed my life. But when i asked him of a sale on what i NEEDED, coffee and donuts, its like he read my mind with the look on his face and basically spoon fed it to be with a gentle hand. Then without me asking, he poured the warm quenching and amazing coffee after a long day😊😊!! But i didn’t even remember the donut due to the coffee, and he politely asked me which donut i wanted reminding me in a soothing voice that made me want to instinctively say every single one… After all that and i had paid he asked me about a day which he knew almost like mind reading that i needed that question, i said it was amazing, he smiled softly and i left with an amazing bright future and a warm smile!!!😁😁😁😁 I recommend going here and bringing all of your family, matter a fact i recommend a family...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this 711 for years and never have I been so disrespected by a staff member. Usually staff is very helpful and friendly but this worker was an absolute nightmare. This young woman (early 20s with hair in a bun, buzz cut on bottom half of hair and with glasses) was so rude and called me a liar multiple times. I had to ask her multiple times because she kept saying it was open (when it wasn’t) and when she finally got up, she kept telling me that I asked her for something else and would not stop berating me with the fact that I lied. Such a strange encounter and totally uncalled for. I’m honestly not sure how someone with an attitude like that got hired. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location until she, inevitably, gets fired. I give it a few...
Read moreThe nighttime staff needs training. I went in with my son and he opened buns to put hot dogs in. Just as he starts to get the big bites the manger grabs one for a delivery order. He thought it was rude, we just left figuring fine. After I left I saw that we were double charged for things. so when i went back to the store she gave an attitude because I was mad at not just the overcharge but the disrespect. She could have apologized, but she just kept giving excuses and then lied and said the oven was "broken" because she obviously didn't want to clean it at night. Customer service training is not on the list here. Simple manners could have turned this bad situation. Glad this isn't the 7-11 we normally use. Never plan on...
