Abe Sushi — Restaurant in New York

My order should have been at least 27 dollars including tax not 32 dollars. I only bought 4 rolls of regular sushi each one was over 5 dollars. And their rolls look completely different from their online menu pictures on their website, than what I had received. My rolls should have costed 4.50 to 5 bucks not 5.95 or 6.75 for small rolls smh and they didn't rapped a piece of salmon around the outer layer of two of my rolls as shown on their website menu. The salmon and Alaska roll was supposed to be rapped with salmon around the outside part. And I asked them to give me a sprite soda and it was the smallest cans of soda that you buy from a box in costco or supermarket. And sushi really didn't taste that fresh compared to other places but never again. Too pricey...

I ordered the Sushi Dinner for pickup, and the sushi was extremely fresh and vibrant! The fish to rice ratio for both the sushi and the roll was perfect, and there wasn't a hint of fishiness that you could smell coming off the fish. The fish was springy and had a good chew to it. Their miso soup was good as well (you'd be surprised by how many places mess it up). The food is a bit on the pricier end, but I would say the quality makes up for it.

There was a 20 minute estimate on my order, which they were pretty spot on with. I didn't realize the establishment was as small as it was, and it seemed like a family owned business. I used to order sushi from this restaurant frequently and was satisfied with the quality. However, after a change in management, the service has noticeably deteriorated, and every order seems to come with issues.

Once, I received the wrong rolls. Although they corrected the mistake and delivered the correct ones for free, the courier was quite pushy, demanding a tip for the second trip. In another instance, they forgot to include the soup I had ordered, but I chose not to complain.
