TERRIBLE SERVICE!! My family and I called to order food. Our order came to $100. I asked the guy on the phone what was in the burrito. He stated “(meat), rice, beans, guacamole, cheese and tomato”. I told him I can’t have cheese/dairy or tomato so to put the guac on the side and leave the cheese off. My burrito arrived drenched in sour cream and also had sour cream inside. I called back and told them I couldn’t have dairy as I expressed when I placed my order and that I wouldn’t be able to eat my food. They said they would send a new one. Fine. Two minutes later they called back and the guy I spoke to proceeded to BERATE ME and tell me I only told him I couldn’t have cheese and that I mentioned nothing about sour cream. I told him that I mentioned I couldn’t have cheese or dairy but even if I didn’t, he never informed me that there was sour cream in or on the burrito. To which he responds “well you should know sour cream comes in a burrito”. WHAT?? The unprofessionalism and sheer rudeness that was displayed to me as a paying customer was completely unacceptable!! This man was literally yelling at me and making it seem like it was my fault. Someone had to take the phone from him and apologize. They sent a new burrito after all that. Not only was it mediocre at best, but this experience will make me NEVER give them another dime of my money!! If you want low-quality food and terrible customer service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are far better places to choose from....

Ordered a few items from here. Chorizo chimichanga, chili fries, rice dumpling, steak quesadilla and a jarritos soda. Honestly the food was so amazing I almost reordered it. The chimichanga was kind of dry, but it came with salsa and sour cream and that fixed it. The chorizo had amazing flavor. The chili fries were great, had a lot of cheese and chili. The rice dumplings was something new though. It was wrapped in seaweed and I made the mistake to eat the seaweed and the rice dumping. As soon as i bit in, i realized that was not how you are supposed to eat it. The seaweed tasted disgusting. I unwrapped the dumping and ate it, it was extremely delicious and unlike anything I've ever eaten. The steak quesadilla was also really great, full of cheese and steak. Plan on buying more food from here tomorrow. Keep in mind I've never been to the place as I ordered on grubhub. My only complaint is that they take a long time to ship your food out. But I did call and they told me they were very busy that night, thats why they hadn't sent my food out yet. Go try some food from here,...

I've been going here against my better judgement for over a year. The prices are the best you'll find. However, the food has gotten worse and worse. The last time I ordered my usual (I'm a vegetarian) garden and guacamole platter as well as a chicken burrito and a chicken platter for my friends. They didn't even finish the food. Complained of food tasting old and had no flavor. My beans tasted old and I had a stomach ache for 2 days. Also I should have out this in the beginning of the review (I suppose I'm trying to spare the closing of the business) but they have had a grade pending grade for over a year. Anyone who's worked in food service knows what that means. For those that don't, you usually get a grade pending when you practically fail the health inspection but they give you another chance to clean things up to get a official rating.
