Visited the restaurant today with my family. We were a party of 5 . The attention to customer service was very good, the ambiance was ok, didn’t have the wow factor, it was clean and displayed an A rating from the health department. We’re ordered some drinks and I was told they were ok, but a little weak. At 16.00 dollars each you expect something better. The Maracuyá juice was a disappointment, it was very sugary. Our order also included: the beef and chicken empanadas, but they only come in sets of three, the ruana bandeja paisa, a large picada, the ox tail sancocho which I was told it was very good, and chicharrón plate with frijoles. Overall the food was ok, the portions were generous. I finished with a small tinto and some else ordered a latte, but I was told it didn’t taste right. We checked our bill and it included a 20% tip, something the waitress forgot to mention....
Read morehorrible service. the food came out over an hour after ordering even asked the waitresses on how long and their answer was “we’re just really busy”—half a full house. we saw other people who sat after us get the same plates we ordered first. Told the waitress we weren’t paying for the food and that we were just going to leave, 3 minutes later the food comes out and they rush everything by throwing it all onto the table. when it comes time to pay the waitress argued that they’re busy and can’t compensate for anything. you should seriously take out the mandatory tip. I worked in restaurants before, the only time food takes that long in a situation like this is if the order was never placed.the people (2) next to us had their food out almost 30-40 minutes after us and we arrived there way before they did....

We were not offered water neither dressing for the salad. The waitress did basic service. Therefore, the tip was less than fair. Actually, we should tip like in Australia, only for outstanding service. Just one napkin, no salt on the table, and the food was fair. We went there because someone who recently came from Colombia said it was great and good amount of food. We had a fair amount of food. The only great thing was the salsa music. The place was well decorated and clean. It has TV screens all over to watch a soccer game. However, they need to improve the food and...
