This training school center is one of the worse places in the area. I had my son train there for two days, after the second day, there were three very young kids teaching the class. Two of the kids needed training themselves. One was correcting the other of the moves being taught. I inquired about the main instructor Mrs. Castro, to which I was told that they had no clue when she was coming back, could be two, three or more weeks. The philosophy of these centers is to implement discipline, respect.....as I was waiting for my son, there were other teenagers that take classes at this location talking with profanity disrespecting what this establishment is trying to implement. I had registered my son, paying $400 for the first month and the last month of the year as well as $100 for the uniform. I spoke with the owner/instructor Mrs. Nitzy Castro in regards to the above facts and that I was totally unhappy for the behavior and no experience of the young kids teaching the class. To be fair, I told her I was willing to loose one month of $150 and the $100 for the uniform for the only two days that my son went. To this date, Mrs. Castro has not reached out to me and has not refunded a single dollar. Please parents do not waste your time and money at this location. United Taekwondo Centers have many more places around the area with great personnel. I really hope this review helps any parent thinking in having their kids going to this place. Buenos dias, mi experiencia con este sitio ha sido una de las peores. LLeve a mi hijo para que empesara a tomar clases de Taekwondo ya que estba muy emosionado. Cuando Hable con la duena la senora Nitzy Castro, me dijo eran $400 que incluian $150 para el primer mes y el ultimo al igual que $100 para el uniforme. Lleve a mi hijo a dos clases, pero la segunda ocasion, habian thres jovensitos encenando la clase, dos de ellos no sabian ni los mivimientos ya que uno correjia al otro. Mientras esperaba a mi hijo, habian unos adolecentes con diferentes cinturones y mas experiencia esperando entrar a la ora cesion de clase. Mientras esperaban estaban conversando con unas palabras de profanidad que son totalmente opuestas a lo que esos centros de arte marcial implementan como: respeto, integridad, y forma de espresarse. Al terminar la clase, le pregunte a la jovensita que cuando regresaba la senora Castro el cual me comunico de que no estab segura ya que podia ser una, dos o mas semanas. Me cominique con la senora Castro por medio de email y telefono al respecto y lo insatisfecho y descontento que estaba y que queria cancelar mi registrasion. Le indique, que me parecia justo que ella se quedara con $150 de un mes y $100 de el uniforme y me regresara $150 de el otro mes ya que mi hijo solo habia hacistido dos dias. Tiene varios dias de esto y no he recivido respuesta de la senora Castro ni un dolar de devolusion.
