BJ's Bakery — Restaurant in New York

The sheet cakes are good! Ordered two cakes here and some cupcakes.

The first cake was a headache to pick up. It seemed as though no one knew about the cake that had been ordered.

The second time around it was a lot easier since the store was not as busy during both the ordering and pickup (did the pickup between 8-9:30pm the night before the event).

Both cakes were beautifully decorated and tasted good, although the purple icing had a bitter aftertaste.

Loved the 1/2 sheet cake with both chocolate and gold cakes. Also did the 1/4 sheet cake (which was also a decent size), along with chocolate cupcakes for the chocolate lovers at event.

Overall, would recommend the bakery due to the quality of the cakes. I would suggest, however, to try to schedule your ordering and pickup when the store may not be as crowded, and when you're not pressed for time (just in case you may have an unexpected issue).

Auntia at the service desk is the laziest person in all human existence. She refused to do her her job and sent me to a cashier, for a cashier to direct me back to her. She was reluctant to accurately aid me and another associate expedited the transaction. I'll never come here due to her and will cancel me membership.
