Bunny Deli's Cold Cut City — Restaurant in New York

Food is cooked well but half assed, people are rude, they have messed up my order one time I had to go back there like 3 times. I used to love this place and now it’s bleh. I had ordered a chicken tender with fries and a burger with fries but I didn’t have enough so I told him to take out one order of fries and while on the phone in Spanish (I understand Spanish so that’s the worst part) he says to take out an order of fries bc I didn’t have the money AND than when i went to say just the burger, tender and one fries he was like “do you have the money for it?” Like what the hell thats so rude. (Later I called like a minute after to cancel to my burger so I understand if he was rude about that bc that’s wasting) you don’t say I your coworker “she doesn’t have enough money” and than ask if I have enough money. Like maybe I just didn’t want the fries. I swear I’m not ordering from there again. And the pizza and beef patties are now bad. I swear there needs to be a new deli place like they had but 100000...

Had my last 10$ was debating on what to eat and finally decided I would get a sandwich & was very disappointed. I Ordered a honey turkey with cheddar cheese, salt ,pepper oil and vinegar (play it safe it’s my safe sandwich it’s hard to mess it up) I got home Which is in the neighborhood so my walk home couldn’t have been more then 1-2 mins. Get home and my bread was so soggy and disgusting it was turning into mush by the second wet bread looks and feels chewed up food I couldn’t even eat the dry part because since the sandwich was so wet it fell apart I had to ultimately throw up almost 90% of my sandwich...

This is the first ever review I do so please take my word for it. If you don't care about getting horrible customer service but OK food then this is your place! I've been ordering from this place for sometime and just dealt with the rude guy who takes the orders. He acts like you are bothering him and hangs up before you can even confirm that he took your order. Who hangs up without saying a word after you just gave him your card number to pay for your order? I called back and he continues to be rude so I had to cancel. There are too many other choices to settle for less. Buy from others delis...
