Buonissima Pizza Pasta — Restaurant in New York

Awful experience! Ordered through Slice on their website after an hour called to find out where my order was and was quickly told it's around the corner. 20 minutes later called again and was on the phone while I heard him continually try to find out where my order was and then said the driver is on his way, after another 20 minutes I called and the phone was off the line and I couldn't get through to anyone. I called Slice to get a refund but because they couldn't get through to them they couldn't refund me. We finally got in touch with them after 2 hours and the delivery guy was just leaving with our food. Slice asked them for a refund or some sort of discount and they hung up on them. Then the chicken parmesan was microwaved chicken strips that they put cheese on top of. This was a terrible experience and I would NEVER order from them again! Been coming here for years. The workers are really friendly and will make you feel welcomed. The pizza is amazing, their pasta is to die for, their calamari is also amazing and recently I’ve been getting their Cesar salad and it is also good. I would recommend their pasta Especially their chicken Parmesan with linguine with vodka sauce, sound weird but trust me it tastes amazing! If you just want a pizza get their pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese slice it is the best in the area too! The place is clean and their are TVs so you can enjoy your food and watch something at the same time. The prices are affordable and if you spend more than $25 you get a free 2 liter drink! My Grandmother and I just ordered; 2 plan Sicilian slices, and an Entree of chicken francese with sauteed spinach. First off, the slices were brunt to a crisp. 2nd, Francese was Yellow chicken in broth. No White wine smell or Lemon scent. Just broth that was yellow. 3rd the Spanish was definitely Frozen at one point and chopped. Everything tasted terrible. Definitely not ordering from here again. Till there is improvement.

Good thing is, when I called to complain. The man on the phone was nice and offered to remake everything or refund us. We just want the money. Not the disappointment.

PS. If you try and call them after placing or receiving an order; the number you Dial says it is not in service. Instead of calling on the landline we originally used. I had to call from my cellphone and got through...
