Burger King — Restaurant in New York

Burger King needs to hire employees with some manners and customer service or they will definitely go out of business. On saturday December 1st at 1:30am I pull up to order I say hello and no one comes on to speaker to say one minute or anything i wait for 5 minutes continuously saying anyone there and nothing, also the light on the sign was off and i see the employee talking to the guy in the car ahead of me and after 5minutes take his card and give his food so i thought since no one is answering i guess the speaker is broken cuz the guy in front took so long with the order, when i pull up i said “ hi i don’t think you’re speaker was working “ well HECTOR (that’s the employees name) started being abrupt and condescending and told me “why would i stop talking to my customer to say something to you “ I was like well you could have said just one moment as a courtesy I don’t believe you were speaking with the customer for 10minutes straight, he preceded to tell me that I wouldn’t like being interrupted, I told him could he not multitask and just say 3 words “one moment please” it would have taken a second. I preceded to say “can you take my order now since there’s no one behind me “ he told me with an attitude that I would have to leave the the premises and go around the block and come back in thru the drive thru, I was like really ? i said there’s no cars behind me and he said well i’m not taking your order and then i said can i reverse back he said “NO” i was like I can’t believe your serious I drove 20minutes after my 14hour shift to get a bite to eat at Burger King (which i prefer over McDonalds) and your telling me i have to go out and drive around... I was totally disgusted with his attitude. Don’t go to this place terrible customer...

Here’s my story . First off there’s tons of homeless people in and out of the spot which should’ve been a red flag for me I was in a rush and I haven’t ate so I bought a chicken sandwich meal with onion rings no harm right the lettuce looked a little weird but hungry I was smh …. 2 hours to 3 hours later I hade sharp pain in my stomach and I started to feel nauseous and I hade to stop what I was doing and I hade lay down then I felt nauseous all night until 2 days past I hade enough and I made my self throw up . I felt a little better but something was not right I hade diarrhea all day . So I went to the hospital and was there for 8 hours and they told me I hade some sort of bacteria bug from a food I ate and my body was trying get it out . I battle this for almost 10 days and I lost 8 to 10 pounds beacuse I could not hold good down at all . I will never go to this location or any Burger King ever agin afther this i felt like I was dying …. This should not happen...

The line was kinda long but the cashiers did their job in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with how fast I got to the counter and how well they were trained to the menu. I haven't eaten Burger King in a very long time but I had a craving for it that needed to be satisfied. The cashier I dealt with was friendly and courteous. I however was not pleased with the wait time of my meal. I can only assume I waited 15 minutes for my food from them being understaffed.
