Jimmy Jazz — Local services in New York

Sold me a pair of sneakers with a box that was totally destroyed and had the nerve to tell me they didn’t have another box .If I’m spending all this money on a pair of sneakers I would like a decent box specially if I plan on giving to someone as a gift smh .I would never recommend anyone to that location again as a matter of fact I just might not go to no snipes anymore .Totally disappointed and I will be contacting the better...

I normally go into this store and have no problems! Till one of the workers ( female darkskin with dreads) had the worst attitude for no reason. I walked into the store with a smile, and other workers were so kind but her. She was acting up with attitude on everyone in Jimmy Jazz and the sneaker store next door. I believe she works in those two stores? Due to her I decided not to buy anything as I felt...

Customer Service is terrible. We walked in and I guess we weren't dressed right or wearing the right sneakers...idk. Everyone's unwillingness to help based on whatever preconceived assumption they had in there head put a bad taste in my mouth. I went to Foot Locker and had great service and went on a Shopping Spree...
