QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in New York

I was there on the weekend after finding out they just open that store. Overall good food, warm, tasty and fast service. The managers and employees provided me with a quick and very efficient customer service. I will definitely go back.

Update: I ordered 3 quesadillas for me and my family online and one of them I asked for pico de Gallo. When I received my delivery they didn’t put any cheese in it and all the content of the quesadilla was all over the plate. I also asked for brown rice and pinto beans on the side and I got white cilantro/lime rice and black beans. I’m not sure if it was on purpose but it’s very upsetting to not received the order the way you wanted. In addition to it I asked for the sauces on the side, shredded lettuce and corn salsa which came in different container (okay) but when I called the store to find out why my order was not done properly, the manager on duty said that he guessed because I asked for all the other sides on the side that the staff got confuse and didn’t put any cheese in the quesadilla. I understand they could be busy but I wouldn’t have mind to wait a little bit longer but at least got my order right. The manager solution was for me to come and get a new one today or get it another day, that most likely the driver wouldn’t want to come back and deliver the correct order. Outrageous! Food deliveries exist because for whatever reason the recipient cannot go and get it themselves at that moment, if not I would have gone myself. Most likely I would not be ordering from this restaurant online again.

Save yourself the headache and just go in person and “SUPERVISE” how they are...

Annoyed enough to write this... BEWARE IF YOU'RE CANCELLING A CATERING ORDER!

I ordered catering through them on the app (easy enough). Plans changed, I called them a week prior and cancelled it. I asked the woman if I will receive an email about the cancellation. Never got one, life got busy , I should have followed up. But, when someone says "yes, it's all cancelled" that's the expectation!

Fast forward, the day before the "cancelled" order, my brother gets a call (he was listed as the person to pick up the order) asking about the order...........................................Why?????? It's cancelled!? He re-confirms that we want the order cancelled.

I look at my bank account and there's a $305 charge on my card (order was $250 including tip). I'm sorry Wheeeetttt?!

So..... I have to call again to ask basically wth is this?! The manager says... "yea that was my fault I told her to wait to cancel it" BLANK STARE

WHY WOULD YOU TELL HER TO WAIT??? EVEN IF YOU WERE DOING IT IN CASE I CHANGE MY MIND, WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE MY CARD IF I DIDN'T CALL YOU BACK AND CHANGE MY MIND????????

He basically rushed me off the phone with the most dismissive apology and now here I am 5 days later with Qdoba still holding...
