Place is not clean food is never hot the way it’s suppose to be and some of staff. And mangers is very are unprofessional others are very nice i been a customer there for longer then i can remember the bottom line as with any fast food its affordable but if u add a few dollars to what u spend here u can do much better all that said above is true but now it much worse I have had an issue there for the last 2 weeks i had to file a complaint with corporate for a manger speaking to the wrong way saying that me and friends spend too much time there I don’t I come in buy food spend hang out and leave if come back later in the day I buy again do the same so when the manger pointed her finger at me I dealt with issue she got nasty I file a complaint with corporate the next Saturday my friend had issue there when was speaking to outside about what happened I was just listening and general manger ran out of store where we were standing and told my friend I don’t want u back in the store words were exchanged between my friend and the general manger then came the other manger I had the issue with and said this one that complained about me and the bathroom s yes I did everyone is using the men’s bathroom it Disgusting so once my name was said I got in the conversation trying to make peace but now I became the problem and I was welcome as well the call cops for us having a conversation outside of story we left went down to the block to see 5 cop cars show up for no reason instead of trying to have peaceful conversation I once again contacted corporate who had the district manger as to what I now or the franchisee contact me his name Marion we spoke and everything was supposed to be to be settle for my issue atleast on Fri April 4 I went in the store to get my order I got on app when I got the the counter the manger I had the first issue with and the another manger were whispering to each other saying we shouldn’t serve him his the one that got u in trouble I then asked what the issue was and explained I spoke to district manger and this supposed to be over and they told me they were told not serve me if I was to come counter i was served because I ordered online I contacted the district manger that told me to do so and decided he don’t want deal with it so file complaint again with corporate and direct to the ceo of Burger King as well as other place for discrimination bottom line is I feel bad for a few of the employees that are good people but most of mangers and employees don’t know how to talk to to customer instead of de-escalating the escalate issues that are so ridiculous. It’s not even funny. I will continue to report this to corporate and to the CEO of Burger King and anybody else that’s necessary until the issue is fixed because it’s not about eating at Burger King . It’s about the fact that you don’t discriminate and disrespect customers and their management Really needs to be retrained or they need to hire a new people for the ones that don’t know what they’re doing for the ones that don’t know what they’re doing. They’re not bad people unfortunately they’re just stuck in the middle and it said because they don’t deserve to be in that situation. Read moreI love Burger Kings Flame broiled Whoppers, more in the past than present day. To speak of my latest visit to this location on 86th Street: i was so disappointed that on a Thursday mid day they were understaffed. Tables were dirty, garbage cans were over flowing with trash. So the line was long. I had a big order so I got my drink cups to fill and take to a table. I knew I may take a while. There was a homeless lady that smelled of 10 day old piss filling some old nasty looking cup in the soda dispenser. I almost threw up. Lucky there are 2 soda dispensers but they were just too close to the counter so it was crowded. Long story short I had to get someone to clean my table. As we sat down to eat I was first disappointed that Burger King must have stopped using Beefeater Tomatoes on sandwiches. I had a slice of what looked like a plum 🍅 on a Double Whopper with only one slice of cheese. To make things worse as I bite into the sandwich I realize that I have a raw burger. I am just mad that I was so upset that I didn't think to take a picture of the undercooked whooper Patty. I got a refund but I could have died from the raw meat. I will check my purchases before I leave the counter from now on. RAW WHOPPERS, baby Tomatoes, and dirty facilities... Read moreif i could give it zero stars i would. i come to this location religiously because there is none in my area and have never experienced service like this ever. it was around 11pm the manager on was extremely rude and got very nasty with me over a simple fix, i used one of the in app coupons for a impossible whopper so i asked her if it is okay to just swap it out for a regular patty i had no problem paying an additional price and they have done it for me in the past twice with no issues, she started screaming at me saying oh we can’t do that can you tell me whoever has done that for you because that is not allowed i dont even know how to do that and this is the last time she will be doing this again. so i kindly let her know that there is no need to be rude and that this was a simple fix that has been done for me before. at this point i don’t even want the food but my boyfriend did. as i’m paying she’s rushing me asking me oh are you going to order because i have to let them know to make it that way. i paid and left. i’m very disappointed with how i was spoken too and the service i received tonight i don’t think i will be returning to this location again.
