El Mexicano Restaurante & Café Inc 3 — Restaurant in New York

I'm very UPSET, ANGRY, DISAPPOINTED, OMG I called the restaurant and place my order . I order: 6 tacos of Carne Asada and 3 orders chicken nuggets with fries . The tacos Carne Asada were a mess ,3 tacos of Carne Asada had nopales , cheese and fried jalapeños on them .The other 3 Tacos of Carne Asada had nopales and cheese with no fried jalapeños. At no given point did I requested nopales, cheese or fried jalapeños. The orders of the nuggets and fries was a disaster. There were 6 chicken nuggets and like 8 pcs of fries at the most in the order . Not only was my order of tacos wrong cause I never request the nopales and cheese and fried jalapeños the amount of fries was to low . I called the restaurant when I noticed all . The girl on the phone said I should be more clear when ordering. I was like how clear can I be if I said 6 tacos of Carne Asada with onion and cilantro . I never saw a piece of onion or cilantro on my Tacos, and the 8 pcs of fries that's a joke . Plus the prices on the menu are way different from what they actually charge you . They SHOULD FIX THERE MENU PRICES . They over charge like $2 more on ever item. Not including the additional tax they charged you again. Horrible place . I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL . BAD SERVICE 👎BAD SERVICE 👎 BAD SERVICE...

👎👎👎👎👎 grrrrrr!!! So, I see the menu prices online and decide to call and start ordering. Once I'm done ordering the phone girl gives me a total and I realize the prices are 30% higher for everything. i think to myself, fine, okay, inflation yada yada. I order two things: shrimp enchiladas and a chicken quesadilla. I ask the girl I want to opt for green sauce that comes with the meals.

Comes the delivery boy. I open the door, I end up paying total of 30$ with tip.

I open the enchiladas container, try it. This dish is extremely spicy.. the shrimp is almost raw. Ok.. w.e

I try the quesedilla and grilled chicken on it is all f'ing burnt on all sides, I'm furious..the sauce they put in was red. Awful service, I want my money back honestly, they can take their food back, but of course, it's not possible. I paid cash and already ate half of the burnt chick quesedilla because I was starving. Hopefully I won't get stomach cancer from the bitter black tar I had digested. Thanks for the awful dinner, guys!...

So I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and I’ve always ordered a chicken burrito bowl, which is a regular chicken bowl. Now I know because of Covid, every restaurant has use that opportunity to raise up their prices ridiculously but I Will never order or go to this restaurant again. After eating I got the check and I realized I was Charged and extra 50cent for chicken and when I questioned them. This young guy came up and told me that the burrito bowl was a vegetable one with no meat and that I was charged extra for chicken. I’ve never in my life had a damn vegetable burrito bowl like what in the world. They so greedy and another employee told me different. A regular Poland spring water was 1.25. So overpriced. And money hungry. They should be ashamed of themselves. And I hope they shut...
