La Bella Pizza Express — Restaurant in New York

I called Muhammad the manager to notify him that he charged me for a pizza that I did not want and did not order. My order should have only contained 1 large pizza with pepperoni and sausage 1 Philly cheese steak roll and 1 two liter of ginger ale. He took it upon himself to add a 1 large cheese pizza. When I told him I wanted to return the mistake pizza and I wanted the money put back on my debit card. He tried to offer me credit for his mistake for another pizza in the future. The problem is with that is this is not the first time this occurred and he said that. When we went to collect the pizza owed to us he claimed he had no knowledge of owing us a pizza. So I told him no I want the money back on my card and for him to pick up his pizza. He started to yell at me and talking where I couldn’t get a word in. I stop by for a quick bite around 1:30 pm, they were busy. The pizza guy was really nice and attentive, they have a vast menu from heroes and italian dishes, but I ordered 2 regular slices and 1 sicilian fresh mozzarela and a snapple and I paid $10.25 but sadly it was tasteless and salty, the pizza man and counter person wore their face masks at all times, but the guy who seemed to be the owner, had his mask below his chin and was speaking near the pizza to be sold, now in this hard times with covid19 we all should follow the safety protocol but specially owners or managers.

Also bathroom was dirty and unsanitary, this doesn't help specially if food is not good.

I came across this restaurant by accident and I loved the banner that they have put out which states that they love supporting the community and had special pricing for Large $10 Cheese Pie and Extra Large $12 Cheese Pie. I went into the restaurant and acquired about the pricing and they confirmed that the price is valid any day. The folks were so patient and were there to answer any questions I had. Today, I wanted to give it a shot and most definitely the pizza was freshly made and was ready to be picked up right on time as I had placed the order over the phone.I must say that the taste for the XL Cheese Pie was delicious.
