Casa Mia — Restaurant in New York

Was excited to show my support for a tiny independently owned business which even sports a nicely done huge hand made sign above the door. This is what was on my mind walking in. On my way out My thoughts were on 3 things. One, I ordered a small side of rice and beans, a 12 oz water and a can of Diet Coke and my bill came out to $9 and change 😕🤔😒. Two, I distinctly told her I wanted my beans on the side yet she poured them all over the entire bed of rice which I’m very particular about 🤦🏽‍♂️. And three, I did enjoy the food but it was a tad bit on the bland side. I noticed they had some other attractive looking breakfast items available like scrambled eggs mixed with sausage disks and more which I intend to go...
