Castle chicken pizza / Loaded platters — Restaurant in New York

Well what can I say about this place the food is not great I had a box of french fries with Center breast and a chicken wing, the first thing I noticed was the (low amount of fresh fries 🍟) I was given I went and ate two fries and notice that the french fries were darker that usual, dark fries indication that the oil was getting dirty or maybe they've been using it several times anyway it didn't taste great and also the Center breast 🍗did not taste great at all or the chicken wing🍗my honest opinion well soon after that while eating I decided to get up and ask the guy behind the counter is this usually the amount of fries you give in your box I clearly stated that I was not complaining just asking a question he looked at it and (hissed) and I said it's not a problem I just want to know and there was a other guy ordering some food next to me said well that was an honest question and I sat back down and said I won't be coming here any more.

Well I know it's not a five star restaurant but it doesn't take a lot of common sense if a customer comes to you with a question like that you can offer them some Kind of dessert to compensate bad experience. The chicken over rice was fire. I like that it had the chopped up peppers and onions in it. Too many places leave that out. I just wish they added hot sauce cause i know it would be fire too. The hot wings was delicious too. Overpriced though. But it was very good. Chicken was fresh and fried hard (not like the regular frozen hot wings you get out the deli/certain chicken spots). The lemon pepper wet sauce was sooo good. And it also included fresh carrots and celery. And the ranch slapped too. I think it was homemade or maybe they jazzed up another ranch but it had almost a sour cream like taste and was full of herbs. I haven't tried any of the other food here besides fries (the small was indeed small). I'm a little apprehensive because a lot of chicken spots and fast food places in general just throw frozen processed stuff in a fryer or on a grill and it taste okay most times. I say that to say most of the menu MAY BE frozen mediocre food but i haven't tried the other stuff. The two entrees I had were A1. The only thing i can ask for is bigger portion sizes because i will be broke spending all my money on chicken over rice...

I used to like this place until a fiasco happened. Ordered a pie with 2 extra slices, someone delivered it but forgets my two extra slices. Call the place to tell them to give me what I paid for, his response is "come and get it because he's doing another delivery at the moment". What do I care? I wanted my order. They were rude the entire duration of the call and basically made off with 4 dollars and didn't care. This was the rudest Kennedy spot I have ever ordered from and ate from.
