It was 11am on a saturday morning, I ordered rice, beans, tostones and fried pork chops. The server said they fry them on request so I had to wait for them. To my surprise I didn't have to wait to long, since I thought they would take a little longer. They were nasty, lame, no flavor, they weren't even seasoned. On top they were dry, like eating wood. Then they had no mayoketchup, what restaurant sells tostones and have no mayoketchup? And you know what the server said?, they have none because there was no mayo there, with grocery stores in every corner of every block in the city I would not let my customers go without! The chicken and beans taste better then most sorounding spots and they have great specials. The prices have hiked a bit, but with inflation it is expected.
