Lady behind the partition was cleaning the refrigerator with a firty wash rag. The refrigerator looked liked it had a leak an water was piling up at the inside of the bottom of the refrigerator. Food was also down there and she took the dirty rag and was wiping the water off of the packaged foods. She then proceeded to wipe down anything in site with the same dirty rag. The kicker was she then went to where the food was cooking and yes with that same rag went to wipe down the stove where the food was cooking. After she was done with all of her wiping she started to cook the food without even washong her hands. She was also taking orders and handling money. She was about to go back and take out the two shrimp rolls that I ordered. I asked her to wash her hands. Totally disgusting. Imagine the things they do that we don't see! Not sure if this male worker was her husband but after he heard me complaining to her about her dirty hands he stepped in and completed packing up my food. I don't think I...

Avoid at all cost. Do not order from here... lady who answered the phone had a nasty attitude the entire time starting with yelling "what you want" as her greeting. I've never used them before and I only called them bc New Hong Kong Kitchen's line wasn't working. After an hour and half I called back to inquire why two orders of chicken wings and French fries which she said would be 20 mins was taking an hour and half- she raised her voice and said "it would get there". I was shocked. This must be a normal tone for her bc I said that if the food wasn't here in 5 mins to cancel it and she said "whatever" and hung up. Woah. Dude showed up 10 mins later. I ordered chicken wings and vegetable fried rice, it was flavored nicely however the wings were fried very hard and the vegetable fried rice only had peas, carrots, water chestnut and onions. This was my first and last time going there. The person took my order along with other people and my food was prepared and left to the side to get cold whilst they took phone orders and packaged other orders. The restaurant customer area was messy with toys and boxes all over the front area. I guess that would be better than having a mess in the kitchen area!?? They do not have to worry about my...
