Carver Federal Savings Bank — Local services in New York

My daughter has a custodial account she was able to create an online account when she called the bank to find out why she couldn't transfer funds into or out of the account all record of her account disappeared. My daughter is 18 by law that account is supposed to be turned over to her.That Brenda McCoy character told her to send in a "dormant" form and a copy of her I.D. and have it notarized she still does not have access to her account it's been over two weeks since she sent in this information every time she calls this "bank" she gets the runaround.. These people are liars and crooks , so much for supporting black businesses. My father who is in hospice in Harlem hospital made the account for my son and daughter, we both called the bank together,when we spoke to Brenda McCoy she says to my father, I swear on my late mother , this is what she says to my father, "I thought you were dying" then she accuses my daughter and myself of committing fraud by saying ,we don't sound right. Meanwhile my daughter's account has all but disappeared, there is no record of her account at Carver Federal Savings Bank my daughter has spoken to Janet Beach. Got the runaround. Today she spoke with with Raquel Green who in retaliation for my daughter , who in desperation, opened a case with The OCC refused to even speak with my daughter and told her she has to wait for the bank to respond to the OCC. They have never even tried to resolve my daughter's issues from where I am sitting I think they stole her money. These people are unethical trash and I am embarrassed and ashamed that they are representing black businesses. They looked for any excuse to deny my daughter access to an account that is in her name and have basically stolen her money. No wonder no customers can leave posts on their Facebook page. They...

I became a customer at this VERY NICE Branch Bank, 🏦🏧 because I was opening up my own personal Bank Account in late 2012 into 2013!!!!! Carver Bank used to be on Jamaica Avenue in Queens just a block away from the train station 🚉 on Parsons Blvd Archer! Unfortunately in late 2018 there was a sign on the glass door that Carver Bank "RELOCATED" on Merrick Blvd however, STILL in Jamaica Avenue though. 😲😤😓😮‍💨 So I went Back to Carver by taking the city bus 🚌🚐 to handle my banking issues back in March 2020. ( Ironic, it's was just a week before the Pandemic!! 😱) Again, I had to go back to Carver to handle the Rest"of my issues the following month. Yesterday I went back to Carver to handle my business, & it's just HARD FOR ME TO BELIEVE that Three years ago During THE COVID-19 it was quite HECTIC compared to today the bank was EMPTY with no customers around but me! #1 CARVER BANK HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL ESPECIALLY NOW With it's OWN PRIVATE SMALL BUILDING!!!! #2 also the EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER!!!!! I opened my account a year ago, wanted to bank Black. My experiences with this bank has not been good, there was fraudulent activity on one account and they did not close out the account, I had to request them to close it. The second checking account I opened had two mobile deduction of the same check that they did not notice, I had to alert them. Both times $392.50 was removed from my account, i never received my money back, they changed their system and all the check #136 postef and money taken no longer apper in my account. They were able to get the 392.50 back from the person who got the funds twice, but carver never credit me back my money, the system was wiped out that the transition ever ocurred. They stole my money.No one answer the phone when you call and the ATm machines are always broken. I closed my account and my attorney will follow up with them because they took the 392.50 from her account and I never got...
