Chilango’s Taqueria NYC — Restaurant in New York

I ordered 15 minutes in advance cause I was in the train for pick up. Just to arrive 15 minutes later and just to tell me that they didn’t make it cause they didn’t want my food to get cold!!! Like I was so upset like how is that something they need to worry about. I’m paying for the food and ordering why do you care if it gets cold or not. Never again!! They charged me $10.89 for 2x carne asada tacos. This wasn’t the first time they overcharged me for items here. At first, I felt like it was a mistake, but them adding their own tip or adding dollars to my order isn’t right or fair. I won’t support them anymore, and if I ever decide to, I’ll buy from Postmates or Uber Eats where tacos are $4.00 and not $5+ in person. No more going in person....
