The food overall is okay, but the customer service was horrible and that can make or break the whole experience. My aunt and I ordered 2 entrée combos while my mother opted for the 1 entrée combo. As advertised out front in a very visible sign, it says free medium soda with ANY combo. While my aunt and I both got our medium sodas, my mother got a smaller soda. When I asked about the reason for this, I was told that it was because she got the 1 entrée combo. I asked why the sign would advertise that ANY combo would come with a medium soda when it didn't he said that there actually is no such thing as a medium size soda and that he actually had given me a large soda and in so was doing me a favor. I said that's great but you still haven't answered why you didn't favor my mother with the same size drink. Mind you, the menu behind him has a medium soda as an option also so the nonexistence of a medium size soda is baffling. Then he pulls out a smaller Styrofoam cup and says that THAT is actually a small and that what my mother got was a medium. Clearly a lie, and when I asked him why he hadn't mentioned it before he said he had forgotten and then said "Anyway you don't need large soda, You too big!" Not that it makes any difference but he was actually fatter than me! I have rather a large frame but he certainly spends less time in a gym than me. Besides, it was for my mother. In short, the whole encounter left a bad taste in my mouth.
