Side By Side Pizza & Burek — Restaurant in New York

Will never eat from here again! I drove by this place and because it was so close to home, thought I would try them. What a mistake! Placed my first delivery order. Ordered Combo 1 - Large pizza, 8 wings, 5 zeppoles and 2ltr pepsi. What I received was 1 - Large BURNT pizza, 8 wings (eh), 5 garlic nuts with powered sugar and 2ltr pepsi. You read correctly...garlic nuts with powdered sugar not zeppoles, how could you possibly mess that up. Horrible first time order - never again. And here I thought I was supporting a local business - message received, you don't want...

I've eaten here twice: First order was pepperoni pizza and Caesar salad. Pizza dough was pretty thick and undercooked, I had to give it more time in the oven, even then was disappointed. Salad was fresh and tasty.

Second order was spinach burek, which was better than the pizza but still not great. And upon paying, I saw a nice ol' cockroach chillin on the center of the wall. 1.5 incher, not including antennae.

Service is fast but curt. Prices are ok, but 0 stars for atmosphere/cleanliness. And why pay for such sad food? I've found better pizza close by and...

I just moved over here with my boyfriend and we're new to the area. We've came here a couple times so far and I have only good things to say. This spot and the food they serve is like a hidden gem. The pizza is fabulous, a plain slice is only $2.50! AND It's decently sized. The chicken fingers are a must try and the burgers are huge!
