Food is amazing, serious complements to the chef! The crab rangoons are out of this world. However, I was enjoying my meal of general Taos when I discovered a hair on a piece of broccoli. Although I am disgusted and thoroughly disappointed by this, I will continue being a loyal customer to this establishment.I also will keep recommending this place to other people. We all make mistakes and I understand that, but a hair in a customers food is unacceptable.

I ordered online through Uber eats. The customer service wasn’t the best but the food was definitely tasty. Much better than most Chinese restaurants in the area. 100% recommend the steamed dumplings.

Not gonna lie, best Chinese spot in the Bronx. Food delivery and presentation on spot, workers are helpful, and the food is beyond perfect! 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered $63 worth of food and am sorry that I went there and was even a frequent customer until now. The front counter person that worked there touched a dirty cardboard box that was on the floor, rotating it several times on the floor, didn’t clean his hands, and then touched a bunch of things afterwards (food containers, utensils, soup scooper, sauce packets, take-out containers, etc.). With dirty hands, proceeded to touch the INSIDE of the plastic cover of the food for my seafood pan fried noodles (instead of letting the cook do it) and then he put that dirty plastic cover on top of the food. I was so disgusted that I took the $15 order out of the bag and left it on the counter and walked out. I even had to refuse all of the white rice for my order and didn’t take any sauces because his hands were still dirty when he touched all of the duck/soy/hot sauce packets and the inside of the rice containers. All of the other food containers that I ordered (Singapore mai fun, chicken mai fun, beef mai fun, general tso’s chicken, pineapple chicken) were all handled with the same dirty hands. The entire $63 order was contaminated so I ended up throwing out the entire bag. I didn’t bother complaining or asking for food to be remade because after this experience I don’t trust that they won’t do something purposely to contaminate it. The craziest thing is that I believe they realized what they did wrong and said nothing because they saw me take the seafood pan fried noodles (that I already paid for) and put it on the counter and leave it there and walk out and instead of asking me what the problem was they just kept quiet as I walked out. This place should be reported to the health department for violation checks. Will never...

I have been ordering from here for at least 15 to 20 years. Food is great and imo the best chinese american food in his area!

I have almost never been disappointed except there have been a few mistakes with orders; I have eaten from china wok at least 200 to 270ish times so a few mistakes are inevitable and should be negligible imo.

One of the deliver guys is too lazy to come to ur door and expects u to come out to his car to get the order. So I gave him a 2 dollar tip and he made a snarky remark about my tip. He is a delivery guy; he SHOULD COME TO MY front door its right there. Dont tip tthat guy well at all. Hes lazy delivery guy and has a bad passive aggressive attitude, This happened more than once too. In weather that is like 30 degress outside windy too. He said he was ouside and when I went down to open the door and he wasnt even outside yet. I had to wait out there til in the 30 degree freezing windy weather wayy too long before finally he got there.

He called and said to come out bc hes here but he was probably still on his way but close. Very unproffessional!

Almost all the other delivery drivers are amazing and nice and courteous and say thank you too. And so I tip them better.

Botttom line FOOD IS GREAT, ONE DELIVERY GUY IS HAS PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE ISSUES, and ask for the hot chili oil sauce! ask for it spcifically if you like spicy...

Haven't been to this area in 10 years and was cruising Tremont looking for decent Chinese takeout around 9pm. China Wok looked the best out of several that I saw. Just ordered the basics since it was my first time there. Chicken fried rice with a shrimp roll. The food hit the spot, I really enjoyed it. The rice was yellow, fresh and delicious. Diced onions, chicken, and other ingredients made a terrific meal. The shrimp roll was a winner, no complaints. $7.00 total. I ordered in person and it was easy to see that this place is busy. Delivery, takeout, a steady stream of customers. They had 4 people working there so the food should be fresh. **UPDATE: got the "house special lo mein" and Wonton soup. Both were terrific. The lo mein had shrimp, chicken, and pork with the noodles. Six people working there now, ordered in person and food was ready in 10 minutes. **UPDATE: Lots of complaints about this place are regarding their delivery. I recommend calling in your order and picking it up if you're in a hurry. Or order there and wait to take it out. Always lots of parking on/near Tremont ave. I don't like food delivery in general in NYC, my 2 cents. I like Amazon too but not...
