Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

Ok so I love eating from here because it's close to where I live, the food is good, and even when it's busy I usually don't wait here longer than like 10-15 minutes. The food is fresh and the staff is nice. The Reason it doesn't get 5 stars even though I say I love it is because this specific location has 2 fatal flaws. The first one is when you order online from any food delivery app or even the chipotle app they tend to get things wrong or just skimp out on ingredients. When I go in person they fill my bowl up and i can ask for extra rice or something and they won't charge me. If you order online you don't get your money's worth because even if you order extra like half the bowl is empty! If you order online for convenience trust me it's way more convenient to just go in person and really get your money's worth especially with them slowly raising prices. The second flaw is something with this specific location only. They are NEVER consistently open sometimes google says they're open but they aren't. They have a sign that says they are "temporarily closed" up very often. once they were closed for like a MONTH. I don't know if they're short staffed or what but the point is if you don't call to see if they're open before heading over there, it's a gamble whether or not to they're actually open. Absolutely HORRENDOUS location, customer service and manager service. Sent the WRONG order through door dash. Then when I called back I was disconnected four times and put on hold by someone who had absolutely zero phone etiquette three times. The manager said she was going to call door dash to get someone to bring a new order and then never called back. When I called close to 40 minutes later, she said no one came yet and she’d call again. THEN as it was getting close to closing time- I called them AGAIN and the number rang and rang because apparently they stop answering the phone at this awful location 10 minutes before they close. So I got no follow up call to let me know the order status and they just closed the place without ever following up. I will NEVER be ordering from here again and I would advise anyone who wants a pleasant experience with people who know anything about customer service to stay far, far away. Is this a kids meal? $12 for a quesadilla! DO NOT GET THE QUESADILLAS!!!!!! It is very small, they should charge half the price. You can only order it online, so had to use the app. Now it makes sense it is available only on the app. If you were to get it in person, you would change your mind and cancel your order.

I went to pick up my order at the promised time, but was not ready. I had to wait an additional 23 minutes! The restaurant was pretty empty. Only one person ordering on line. Very disappointed with the portion, it comes with two small sides. For the same price I could have gotten a bowl, a salad, a burrito and be full.

Even a kid would be hungry after eating this meal. SKIP THE QUESADILLAS! Just so you know, the kids meal comes in the same package, so makes you wonder what kind of scam they are pulling.
