The food and chef/owner were phenomenal. It’s incredible to watch one single woman make everything out of such a small spot for multiple people and to-gos. The spicy tuna ramen hunnii 🥲🥴 I got it extra spicy and it is DIVINE! I could drink the flavorful with a slight sour undertone broth on its own but I was more than happy to eat all the things that come with it.
