The artist doesn't listen to me. The owner rushes him on the tattoo and I end up with pieces I never wanted. Part of the problem is that you the owner doesn't let you consult with the Rafael when you pay the deposit alot gets lost in translation. They have their own issues and I am the one that suffers for it. The second problem is that Rafael thinks he knows what is best and doesn't care that it is your skin or your money. He argued with me about content and colors. Not a fun exoerience. He doesn't want to give you breaks. He was also prying about my personal which I thought was very unprofessional. All he cares about is his vision and his portfolio. The final straw was when he started to ink me freehand. When I realized what was going on I flipped out and he is looking at me like I am the bad guy. The owner said she would redo the work for free but of course she never called me back. I have been getting tattoos since 1998. Go here at your own risk. Oh and Rafael also bad mouthed my original artist who is in London now. Again, not professional. He is the only one in the world that knows how to tattoo according to him. And he takes pics of my tattoos and post them without my permission. Again not...

I’ve been coming to Olga for a long time . She’s always friendly and welcoming it feels like coming over to visit a friend every time I come in . Today I stopped by and got my industrial re pierced and got my conch and rook piercings. She answered my questions about re piercing and she reassured me also told me to come back if anything . I also asked her about changing my nose ring but since it’s not fully healed she advised against it . It really speaks to how professional she is . She herself told me “I could sell you the jewelry just to upswell you but I won’t do that.” she told me to come back in 3 months . I’ll definitely be back! Gracias Olga !...

Terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would . Asked for a bright RED tattoo, photo and all!!! , received a darkkk purplish tattoo that looks nearly black. It being my first tattoo, I asked will it turn brighter to the red I wanted it to be after it healed, he said yes which it didn’t, it’s been about 3 months . On top of that the tattoo was flipped the wrong way and looks nothing like the inspiration picture !! Now I’m stuck with a tattoo I regret getting. Overpriced as well!!!! Could have gone to a better n cheaper place !!! DONT...
