Cinnabon — Restaurant in New York

I have never had a bad experience here. But, I finally decided to put in my review. Although I always order the Large Warm Caramel Cinnabon, and only sometimes with a fantastic drink. It is always warm, soft, and flavorful even after arriving home... ooey, gooey. The service is also the way that it should be done and I had no complaints. My child who has a big appetite also really enjoyed and devoured their warm caramel cinnabons right away too...lol. I would like the photos to only speak for themselves. And, it keeps me coming here along with a craving for more. It has made the day! Thanks Cinnabon...

The main reason I went to Cinnabon was because I had a coupon. There was an extremely long line for no reason, from what I can tell everyone ahead of me had simple orders mainly 1 or 2 items but they took so long to hand them out. The girl who took my order was nice enough but the cashier was kind of rude. I was trying to show her my phone to scan the coupon and she just ignored me and asked for my number with an attitude. My order was disappointing as well....right out the case didnt even walk 5ft and it was cold 🥶. I thought the whole point was that they sell warm...

The manager there is disgusting. He sneezes on his gloves and hands and doesn’t wash his hands. He doesn’t wear gloves which is unsanitary. It’s a food service establishment so nobody there should b working without gloves especially during pandemic time. I noticed their boxes are never fresh and if you ask for a fresh one he decides to charge u individually which is unfair to any customer. I’m a regular customer there and I don’t need nobody spreading germs on any of my food. It is disgusting and they’re fountain drinks taste like metal pipe and mold someone needs to...
