Crown Fried Chicken — Restaurant in New York

Chicken was fine, just like all the other Crown Chickens, but customer service is lacking. Ordered about $30 of food on Seamless to pick up on the way to a friend's. Came in and it wasn't ready. When it was finally ready the guy wants my number. I say phone number, no that's not the number. Doesn't want to use my name either. Gives me a hard time, how can he know I'm not trying to steal the order?! Finally I pull out my phone bring up the order email and he let's me take my food. No thank you or enjoy or anything to. Been using Seamless for a long time and never had a problem with using my name or phone number to get my food.

Ordered food from one late night. The chicken smelled so disgusting! We literally had to tie it up in a bag and throw it outside it was stinking up my house. My son and husband ate the burgers they're still sick. My baby girl had wedges! And her little tummy been griping.
