Absolutely delicious new Chinese restaurant near Eastern Pkwy - Brooklyn Museum stop. A few of the best dishes to highlight: Szechuan Roast Pork Stir Fry -Sweet & smokey roast pork with a five spice and brown sugar blend is perfect for any meat lovers. Plus, the charred red peppers, onions and jalapeños are yummy! House Special Peking Noodle -Sweet dark soy sauce base with salted pork and ginger to be mixed with noodles. The balance of sweet and salty is perfect and the soy sauce egg was surprisingly delicious too. Salmon Tuna Poke Bowl -Big portion of fresh fish with mild Sriracha and kewpie mayonnaise. The kids really liked this one and finished the whole thing. House Special Fried Rice -Highly underrated! The roast pork again is amazing here, and the shrimp and fried eggs really support the fried rice. The service here was quick and friendly. The ambiance is quiet and good for families and kids. They mostly do take-out and delivery and have some tables inside.

Because it was only about a two minute ride away and also had good reviews, we stopped by Crown Garden for a late Sunday afternoon lunch after visiting the Brooklyn museum. Although predominately a takeout/delivery restaurant, there are a few tables at which to eat and the dining area and bathroom were very clean and a step above the dining areas you often find at small Chinese restaurants. We were greeted by two friendly women who when we remarked that the dish we wanted, cold sesame noodles, was not on the menu said no problem, we can make it for you! So we ordered the noodles and sesame chicken. Portions are generous and our food tasted fresh and flavorful. By the way, they use white meat for their chicken dishes and offer both dim sum and sushi as well as the standard Chinese takeout dishes. Prices are very reasonable. Two thumbs up for Crown Garden!

I did a carry out order and was pleasantly surprised. This place is newer so I thought I would give them a try. Im happy to say they had some of the better Chinese American takeout in this area of crown heights/prospect heights which tend to be subpar. If you want actually decent Chinese American this place hits the spot. Haven’t tried their other Asian dishes like sushi or poke yet but if it’s as decent as their Chinese food it must be worth it to try. Prices are a little higher than other comparable restaurants but the quality/flavor seems better and portions are reasonable in my opinion. This review is totally based on the food. Did not experience the full service or atmosphere of the restaurant.

Took a chance and ordered from this new spot since they left brochures in my building! I regret it!

Not my type of customer service AT ALL!!! Customer service is in this neighborhood is usually top-tier but not here. They took my order over the phone, tried to overcharge me until I corrected them and took my credit card information, charged my card and NEVER delivered!!!!

I walked over to the restaurant and they were closed, shutters down. Promised to deliver in ten minutes and closed the store. The store closed at 10, we ordered around 9:50, if the order was too close to closing time they should have just turned down my order. If they don’t deliver and prefer pickup then relay that because the brochure and website doesn’t say that! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!

UPDATE:

I went in this morning to get a refund, I was informed that my order was giving to someone who came to pick it up. I was never told that this was a pick-up spot and why would you give someone an order without asking a name and seeing proof of order? Two, the manager proceeded to ask me to take down my review that she seen this morning, so before calling me the customer to rectify the issue you're asking if I can take down the review? I would have been more understanding and deleted it if I was contacted this morning to remedy the issue, but it proves that the review was more important than rectifying the issue. I didn't appreciate being undermined. I was also offered cash refund and not back on the card until I firmly requested a refund back on the card. I'm understanding to a fault when it comes to new businesses not being 100% perfect but I AM NOT changing my review on this one because I hope it makes them change their system and process and work on their lack of attentiveness when it comes to customers in this community!

I won't ever be ordering from them again, but you...
