Crumbl — Restaurant in New York

This Crumbl just came to my sisters area, Before them our orders were coming from a Crumbl in another borough and we had ZERO ISSUES. I am very upset with this new one in Bay Plaza and I hope the Manager or District Manager reads this message. Today will be the 3rd time I have an Issue with an Order and you guys leave the customer on hold and Do Not Answer your phone lines. I had got 2 Banana pudding’s today with my order and both of them have black banana’s in it, I would like to know what makes the person who was preparing the pudding’s think its okay to give us black banana’s, Dont ever give us something you would not eat, And to think that the banana puddings cost more than the cookies. Today is 10/15/2024 and I am still on hold while writing this review, I have been on hold over 15 minutes, and this is NOT the first time. Bay Plaza after today we will Never place an order with your location and tomorrow I will find a way around my work Schedule and drop both puddings off to you guys. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 12 minis and 1 single cookie and received 5 minis which isn’t even an option to purchase and got the wrong flavors. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for so long and never got an answer. I payed $60 and tipped but received $20 worth of product. This is the worsts customer service I have ever experienced. On all of the bad reviews crumbl responds saying “ im sorry we didn’t meet your expectations” but in all the bad reviews they are complaining about customer service and receiving the wrong products. Crumbl really has to work on this. I’m never ordering again. My cookies came stale, hard as a rock, and couldn’t even bite into it. After being so excited to try this weeks flavor I am extremely disappointed and will never be ordering again. Trust me don’t order deliver because they don’t give you what you order.
