If you’re anywhere near Queens—or even if you’re not—this food truck is worth the trip. Hands down, they serve the best sausage and peppers on the East Coast. Perfectly grilled, packed with flavor, and somehow still just as good three days later. The must-order? Both the hot and sweet sausage—trust me, you won’t regret it. Since I don’t live close, I went all in and basically ordered the whole menu. I kicked things off with a Philly cheesesteak that was everything you want—juicy, cheesy, and piled high. Then came a knish—because nothing beats one cooked on a flat top, and here’s the kicker: they can stuff it. Simple, but perfect. The meatballs? I don’t know how they do it, but they’re next-level—tender, flavorful, and even better with their rich, creamy vodka sauce. One last thing—BRING CASH. You won’t want to leave without trying everything at least once. If you love classic, no-frills, top-quality food, this is the spot.

Shame on me for not visiting this food truck earlier. This is by far the best food truck for Italian sausage and Philly cheesesteak and only $12 each What a bargain. Everything cooked right in front of you hot and fresh and did I mention the outstanding service the two gentleman in the truck provided. Both so warm and inviting, made me feel like a regular though it was my first time. No doubt I will be back soon to try out the rest of the menu, including hotdogs and knishes. Keep up the great work and serving great food.

Love driving in this direction because I already know where I'm stopping to eat. 100% of deliciousness. Always the freshest bread, mouth watering peppers and onions and the best sweetest sausage completes my brown bag. Under a few trees if you wanna cope a squat and eat in the shade. Friendly faces, quick service, and always welcoming. Keep up the great work guys.
