It felt as though we were subjected to daylight thievery. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your special occasions, as their services are likely to lead to a disappointing experience. To add to our dismay, they could not provide a reasonable explanation for the extra charges on our bill, which left us bewildered and frustrated. The banner for our event displayed glaring spelling errors, showcasing a lack of attention to detail and professionalism, further tarnishing the overall experience. It was evident that the establishment's management prioritized profit over customer satisfaction, disregarding our concerns about the unjust charges and miscalculated headcount. The combination of the extra charges, banner blunders, and overestimation of attendees painted a picture of incompetence and dishonesty, making it clear that this place should be avoided at all costs for any future events.
