A wonderful experience! The owner and staff are gracious, kind, and professional. They go out their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Great prices and services available for any type of woman, person, or race. Very welcoming and friendly environment here. The customers are also nice people when you come, someone fun and interesting to chat with during your session.

The business owners are open to your opinions because they are looking into opening another location. How wonderful is that, because they may be coming closer to my area, which would be fantastic! (I love Queens but the traffic coming this way can become a journey for just a few miles)

If I’m correct, it may be a family business, which is great to see them working together so nicely. Also, it’s nice to hear them speak in their Russian language, so you’ll truly get an authentic “Russian lip” technique here.

They have specials and promotions going on, they offer financing and any other financial accommodations they are open to looking into for you. This is a great place to come to monthly, maybe even weekly. Seen a woman also getting her nails done, so this is like a one stop shop almost. All the women working here are beautiful and lovely, definitely a place worth coming to.

Affordability & quality is what I cherish most in a medspa and they definitely have that here. I don’t like when spas push treatments on to you, but here I feel that they are more informative and communicative about the services and how you can benefit to enhance your beauty goals. I noticed some reviews mentioned money but She does provide good pricing and you do have to spend money for cosmetic/aesthetic services from professionals, just let her know what you can or cannot afford and she will give her best recommendation. I left feeling rejuvenated and like my money was well spent. I give them five stars all around. I got botched here, Never in my life have i had such a traumatizing horrible experience anywhere. Im not the type to give reviews but this place should definitely be shut down, theres a bunch of unlicensed woman practicing on clients and unfortunately I was one of them. I was seated in a chair and 10 different woman had their phones in my faces while i was injected a full syringe by a person who seemed unlicensed. I had a gut feeling to get up from the seat and leave because something didnt feel right; but the overwhelmingness of everyone surrounding me , made me stay and get it over with . ( always follow your gut feeling, because it never lies to you). After i put the pieces togther and did some investigation, it turns out they practice on new clients . I was left huge lumps and uneveness on different sides of my lips and followed instructions like irina said massaging them for 2 weeks 1/2 and the lumps never left . It was so bad I was walking around with a face mask because i felt so ugly with the work they did on my lips . Could barely see myself in the mirror. Irina refused to disolve them and give me my money back. Irina sits in the front desk just collecting everyones money with a nasty attitude . I spent $500 and none of it was refunded . The owner Irina is not professional at all. She does not care about her Customers, she only care about the money. I went there on June 9, I did one session for laser, (under arm and bikini) The girl name Kadia did my laser she treated me super nice and everything that day, I paid in advance the amount of 1515.25 for laser. Kadia asked me to call her in 4 weeks for my next appointment, Kadia was not responsive and was not available for my next appointment, so I disputed the transaction with my bank. Now Irina is not releasing the 1515.25 back to my account since June 9, 2021 She also lied to my bank saying that I received full service when I only did one session. I even paid her with my debit card for one session. She's does not want to give my money, I will try my best to get my money back. Look at the conversation she asking if I'm normal, what kind of business woman say this type of comment to her customers.
