I had a deeply disappointing experience at this fitness club. I participated in their “Refer a friend and get one month free” promotion. I brought a friend to the gym and clarified the details with the staff before my friend signed up for a membership. Everything seemed fine at first, and I was assured I would receive the free month once my friend made the purchase. However, when I returned to follow up, the staff began providing conflicting stories. Two different managers initially confirmed that everything was in order and that I could come back for my free month. But when I spoke with a third manager, the situation took a turn for the worse. He claimed there were no records of my visit and that the director was against honoring the promotion. I was told there was no evidence, which was untrue—I was there with my friend when she signed up for the membership, and I should have received the free month as promised.

This is not just about one dishonest situation. My experience with the staff has been consistently poor. Over the past year, I’ve observed an ongoing lack of professionalism and customer service. On multiple occasions, towels were not available, and when I asked for them, the receptionist claimed that the washing machines weren’t working, which is hard to believe given the amount of money we pay for memberships. Additionally, the gym’s showers were not properly maintained—there was mold, and the floors were dangerously slippery, leading to multiple instances where members slipped and fell.

Another concerning issue was the sauna, where the noise was so loud and disruptive that it was uncomfortable and even frightening. It sounded as if something was exploding, and I’m unsure if it was due to the weights or equipment above, but it was disturbing enough to make me not want to use the sauna anymore.

Lastly, the gym’s hygiene and safety standards were severely lacking. The floors were constantly wet, creating a slipping hazard, and some of the showers were not functioning at all. These are basic facilities that should be up to standard, especially for a place where people are paying to stay fit.

I will be filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies, and I hope the authorities take action to inspect this facility. The gym’s staff has been unhelpful and dishonest, and the overall experience has been far below...

I must start by saying everyone is entitled to their own opinions. That said, I completely disagree and am offended by the last reviewer who said that Jon, the owner, is all about money. Once you hear my story you will agree. I joined the gym only a few months ago. I wanted to get activity back in my life. My trial class was Coach Juan’s Saturday cardio boxing class. I was hooked. Coach Juan did not know me, but he immediately made me feel welcome and part of the community. I joined that day and never looked back. I then started coming almost every day and encouraging everyone to take Coach Juan’s classes (and hoping for additional ones) because of his spirit, knowledge, enthusiasm, and overall humanity. Every time I visit the gym and Jon sees me, he makes it a point of asking how things are going and how I am doing. He is constantly looking for feedback and ways to improve the environment and community. Unfortunately, I suffered a major injury last week. I had two hip replacements years ago and I dislocated a hip. That led to an emergency hip revision surgery. Given the age of my original surgery, this was not a major surprise. The day after I returned home from the hospital I received a home visit from Coach Juan and Alexandra from Saturday’s morning boxing crew. Coach Juan delivered beautiful flowers and a card from Jon and the Impact Community. I was so moved by the gesture. Jon did not know me before I joined in January, and he had no connection to me. Jon, Coach Juan, and Impact did it because they truly value their members and want to build a community. I am very familiar with people who are all about money and Jon is not that person. I found I real community at Impact, not just a gym. I am extremely grateful for Jon, Coach Juan and Impact. I plan on returning to the gym to take every Coach Juan class and lobbying for a mitts class. I am blessed to have found this community and I encourage everyone who is interested in finding a welcoming gym community to...

I LOVE this gym. Everything about it. In the past I have signed up with other gyms but ended up paying and not going (may sound familiar to some people lol). This is the first gym I actually enjoy going to.

The facility is ALWAYS clean, spacious, air-conditioned, well lit and ventilated. The equipment is new and functional. I love that wet wipes are available to clean the machines before and after each use.

Upstairs you have a cardio section on one side with plenty of machines for everyone, and on the other side is all the weight training equipment to hit every muscle group you need. There is never a line to use a machine, maybe gotta wait for a person to finish during peak hours.

Downstairs there are 3 class studios, one for cycling, one for other classes and an area to stretch and work alone on the mat. Also ultra modern locker rooms with steam sauna, bathrooms and showers - all new and super clean. (Most important to me)

The staff and instructors are so friendly, always greet you with a smile. Helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The manager Diane is a sweetheart, such a pleasure to talk to her. Even gym goers are respectful, no one staring at anyone or making "moves", everyone doing their own thing.

The pricing is also reasonable. I pay monthly for my membership which includes all the classes, in the morning and evening. Daily there are about 6 classes available. What a deal!

Overall I'm in love with this place. For the first time in my life I hit the gym 4-6 times a week!

So if you're thinking about getting healthy and getting in shape - GO!! Don't waste another day. I feel amazing! Energized, positive, productive, strengthened, motivated and empowered.

Take great care of Your Temple my friend and it will take great care of You. This is certainly the perfect...

I have been a member of this gym for one year. The club consistently fails to provide clean towels, the sauna is often out of order, and I’ve had to leave multiple times without even being able to take a shower. A month ago, I decided to cancel my membership. However, they kept giving me the runaround for a week until the day of my autopayment — which I am unable to cancel myself — and I also can’t remove my credit card from the system. I feel like a hostage. To this day, they still haven’t processed my cancellation and are trying to charge me again for the upcoming month. The administrator refuses to communicate properly, takes a long time to respond to emails, and keeps insisting that I freeze my membership instead of canceling it. Rather than handling a simple cancellation and removing my card, they continue to delay and mislead me. My agreement number 28371. Now they want to make me pay for the next month when I no longer use their services. I also found out that they did the same to my friend. Their program does not allow you to cancel autopayment and delete the payment card.

Wonderful gym! The gym is clean, spacious and all workers are nice and helpful there. I send my daughter with coach Juan Binet for personal training such as boxing and other activities. Coach Juan is funny, professional and dedicated. My daughter Rachel is blind, coach Juan would close his eyes to experience the feeling of being blind at the beginning and keep doing so. That way he was able to find how to guide my daughter, and he always figure out new ways to lead Rachel for more different exercise. He never limits Rachel and keeps telling her “ Aim Higher”! He always explains to her about the moves and what to expect. He is not only a great coach but a child expert! He is leading Rachel to a higher level of physical well being and impact Rachel “ never settle for less” . Thank you for being an amazing mentor in Rachel’s life. Our family adore and appreciate you coach Juan!
