D & D Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

Everything every time tastes great.. coffee.. cappucinos.. milkshakes.. burgers... farina... breakfast... lunch.. teriyaki wraps.. Apple pie carrot cake cheesecake so rich in taste.. if I can go everyday I would.. bathroom is super clean.. place is super clean.. even the delivery service is fast or for takeout have a seat at the counter while you wait and just look around and see for yourself.. good place.. good people.. great service.. it can be your 1st time there and the treatment is as if you were an everyday customer.. that's the kind a place a person won't mind going to again and again and again and that's why I took the time to do this and let people know that yes this is the place.. a definite 2 thumbs up.. even stop in for a hot cappuccino on a cold day.. you will be happy as you sip it as you walk away... careful it's hot lol I found that one out on a thirsty morning.. but the taste.. incredible.. only you.can be the judge now.. I have my opinion stated.. go find out and state yours... Merry Christmas & Happy New...

I have passed this place so many times throughout the years and I finally stopped in for a quick breakfast. Honestly I don't know what took me so long to try this restaurant, as this is truly a hidden gem in Borough Park.

The staff here is super nice and the food comes out fast and delicious. I ordered the feta and spinach omelette with home fries and I must say, you get a good sized portion for your money and the home fries were very flavorful. Coffee is good here too.

The place is clean, but needs a little upgrade, they have a good sized menu and prices are decent. By the signs near the register they only take cash, so be mindful about that before ordering.

Overall, I was pleased with my first experience and I will definitely come in again the next time I am...

D & D is the best kind of diner; a menu that has options for pretty much everyone, including more choices for vegetarians than you might expect (though it’s probably not kosher, which would be weird in this Hasidic neighborhood), lots of regulars, and a super friendly and attentive staff. It really is a place where everyone knows your name by the third visit.

What I wish they would do is stay open past 3 pm. This is a strictly breakfast and lunch spot, but given the severe dearth of diners/restaurants near this subway stop or the ones immediately before or after it, they’d do well by themselves and their patrons if they were to stay open to 11 pm. It’s also cash only, which these days makes me wonder if they’re paying taxes on all their income. It’s inconvenient...
