Danny's Deli — Restaurant in New York

Listen man!! This was the best “delivered breakfast” food I’ve ever had. I ordered through DoorDash, and was surprised that my food arrived early and best of all also arrived hot!!

Now to the actual taste/quality of food .. was honestly surprised at how good and homemadely wholesome it was (yes I know that’s a tongue twister, but so was this BLT)

I often review food based on honesty; and some places are good and some are bad .. received my food about 30 mins ago and my bacon egg and cheese is still hot, how? Lol

However food is a bit on the pricey side but seriously worth it; especially for good NY food. Only issue I had which wasn’t a bother or nag was because of how DoorDash organized their menus so the restaurant forgot my detox drink, not an issue I called them back they were so honest and accommodating that they sent their personal delivery man ( not DoorDash ) to drop off my shake freshly made! Good breakfast sandwiches I admit , friendly staff in the morning. They greet you and are always polite . The Big hefty Indian woman at night is very rude and will talk at you like she’s your mother. I had to really re evaluate the situation because I came to support their store , one thing you don’t do is go back and fourth with your customers, I could have eaten anywhere but Danny’s store is where I chose . Certainly some of these lil businesses can take a lesson or two from big cooperation and how they treat their customers and folk who patronize their business. The HEFTY Indian lady could use “employee “training on how to conduct herself dealing with the general public ,the customers & better business practices, don’t feel because you have a certain demographic of folk that come in to buy food you can be mouthy and disrespectful to them , who does she think she is or talking too ??! bad...

I haven't had the food here yet as of writing this but they have a nice array of things that you can find at a convenience store. If I could characterize this place in short terms I'd say it's like a hybrid of a convenience store like Seven Eleven and a Deli like Tost which is just up the road. It's a nice mix and is pretmty convenient for college kids who might be on a tight budget to find cheap food items. Once I do try the food there, I will edit this and give my thoughts about it. The service is friendly and they make very great use of their space. A little tight if there's multiple customers there but it's easy to quickly find what you need and get out. I...
