If I could give them 0 stars I would! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. 8 years ago I placed an order while being pregnant only for it to never arrive. Then I was on hold for over an hour to get my money back and actually went to the store and was still on hold. I figured I would give them a try again - worst thought ever!
Clearly they do not understand what contact-less delivery means because the driver insist he is at the correct house and kept telling me he is here for me to come outside. I wrote where the payment was on the delivery notes and told it to him over the phone (literally on the porch swing in plain sight - despite it being nighttime). He was clearly at the wrong house because he mentioned a side gate, which I do not have and then proceeded to get upset that I am not at home. When my sister went outside to see if the payment was there- it was still sitting on the porch swing and I called him back, only to receive his voicemail.
Although when I called the store, they wanted to send it back - I refused the order because I do not know what I would have been getting.
Donāt become a driver if you cannot use or understand some sort of gps! Your gps would have showed you that you were by the incorrect house!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst domino's I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I waited for a pizza for over 2 hours when the estimated delivery time was only supposed to be an hour. Why do they even bother using the pizza tracker when these employees just manipulate the program. My pizza was supposedly being quality checked for 45 minutes, then it was marked as delivered for 20 minutes before the guy showed up. Can't corporate see these guys are defrauding this program? Of course when the pizza arrived it was ice cold so I sent it back and called the store for a refund, the manager could not be bothered to speak to me and instructed the young lady that answered that she would take care of it later... What kind of customer service is this? It's now been a week and I still have not received my refund, I've actually had to go through the trouble of disputing the charge on my credit card now.
The owner of this particular franchise location needs to really look in to this place. They need to hire more delivery drivers or something because 2 hour wait times for pizza is just ridiculous. With all the competition here for pizza joints, you think they would try harder. This place just needs to close down and the manager should never work in any kind of customer service...

It took 3 calls the first time someone who barely spoke English hung up on me before completing my order. Then when I finally got them on the phone I said hey someone charged my card where is my order. The Assistant Manager said he didnāt have my order on file, I told them look my number up and you will see all my orders but basically his attitude was you are SOL we canāt find your order. So I left work went straight there and showed them the receipt for my transactions, he wanted me to pay a second time saying he cancelled the order I told him that I was inconvenienced and also someone who didnāt speak English hung up on me, he said no problem he would give me a free 2 liter soda.
