The worst experience ever at a Dominos location. I recently moved to this neighborhood and I decided to order Dominos with my wife. I was already weary due to the negative reviews this place had. But reviews have been deceiving in the past so I decided to go ahead and give this location a try. My food was delivered promptly and everything was good with the timing. The 2 large pizzas were good and tasted great. I had noticed that they sent me the wrong Chicken. Instead of BBQ they sent me spicy chicken. I don't have a tolerance for anything spicy at all. So I called and told them what happened. The female manager at the time had told me that they would send the driver back with what I ordered. An hour passed, so I called back. She assured me that they were busy and the driver would make his way to me. When I tried to call back there was no answer. When I called back 5 hours later and asked for the manager again to my surprise a male answered the phone this time. His name was Zaman and he was the most disgusting "manager" I have ever dealt with in my entire life. And I am not even exaggerating. When I had told him my issue he was very rude and unprofessional. He didn't want to listen to what I had to say and seemed uninterested. He proceeded to ask me "Why are you calling me 5 hours later." It's obvious he wasn't paying attention to what I had to say as I explained to him what the prior manager had told me about sending me a replacement. He then told me " I am not sending you a replacement". I told him that I would contact corporate and he showed no care in the world and proceeded to hang up in my face. The way I was treated was really unfair & I am really turned off by Dominos. Zaman totally ruined my Dominos experience and I will probably have to settle with Pizza Hut or Papa Johns...

Burned!!!!
We have ordered from this location several times since it is the one closet to our home. The only issue is that 8 out of 10 times the cheese on the pizza is burnt. Sometimes more than other.
About one month ago we placed an order for two pies. One was fine the other the cheese was burnt. I called the store and after waiting for 30 minutes I gave up. I email the Corporate office. Two weeks later I had no answer, so I called the Corporate office and they told me that the local Domino's had tried to call me but that I did not pick up the phone. They told me the date and I checked my phone log and no missed calls. I told them, even if the phone call did not go thru why would you not leave a voice mail. They said they would have the local store call me again.
Fast forward one month, no one has called me back. Today I called the local store and spoke to Kathy, she tells me once they review the complaint they would call me. Once again I called the Corporate office which told me the issue has to be handled in the store and place another complaint for the store manager to call me back.
Let's just say I am not going to hold my breath waiting for that phone call.
UPDATE: About 4 days after I posted this review and after my third call to Headquarters, the store called me back. They said they could not give me a refund because it was past a month. They did give me store credit for a medium pizza.

Read moreI've been a customer for many years until recently I found out that Domino's Pizza protects their delivery person who steals from people. I ordered some food from Domino's on October 24, 2021 and my total including delivery and sales taxes was $36.48. I didn't put in ANY tips for the delivery, neither on the online order nor on the receipt. The amount of 36.48 reflected on my card's balance until I was checking my account on November 1, 2021 and noticed that the amount had changed to $41.48. The thief delivery person put in $5 WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Up until November 3, 2021, I've spoke with the store manager Corinna and it was absolutely futile. They wouldn't refund the amount which wasn't authorized. It's not about the $5. We trust you guys and your employee just feels like putting in whatever number they feel like and that amount is illegally charged from the customer and the customer probably didn't notice it. Just so you all know, the driver never provided me with my copy of the receipt and said it's ok and I don't have to sign it. This is what happens. I'll never order from Domino's again and anyone reading this, please be careful and keep track of your transactions. If that thief would write down $50 then rest assured that Domino's Pizza would charge your account with that extra $50 on top of your actual amount.
