This store need new management or be closed down permanently. The owner of this Franchise should lose his franchisee accreditation ASAP. I ordered two pizzas at exactly 3:09pm on Saturday 9/16 I live 1 avenue away. (Store is on pitkin. I am located on Glenmore) after I didn't hear or see anything at 4:00pm I checked the tracker and was told my driver left at 3:39pm with my food.......by 4:30pm I checked the tracker app again and was told my food arrived and I hope I am enjoying it😤. I called the store 4x before getting somebody on the line so said they were sorry and that they only had two drivers(still wasn't given and ETA on the arrival of my order) by 5:00pm I finally accepted the fact that I wasn't going to be eating dominoes that day and called the store to cancel the order. A manager (female) told me that I had missed a call and the driver attempted delivery....I was offered no apology or confirmation that my money would be refunded . Read moreThis is by far the worst establishment on the face of the planet. I ordered a pizza, salad, and soda here on June 12, 2017. It arrived more than 1hr later. The drivers arrived at the house and shouted out of his car window. I couldn't make out what he was saying so I decided to go to the vehicle and was informed that they no longer deliver to your door and its curb side only. I checked the pizza and it was cold. I informed the driver who then called the store and he was told that he should return the pizza to the store. No knowing what that meant, I sent everything back. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, and the employee who answered the phone refused to give me his name or connect me with the manager and placed me on hold forever. I called back from another line and spoke to the manger, Denzel who promised to remake my order and deliver it to my house within 15 minutes. My food never arrived. Read moreI initially wanted to do a delivery order but my dominos store is closed, so I ordered from this store without realizing it said carryout. I noticed the carryout option on the tracker menu so I called the store immediately to cancel the order. I was on the phone waiting for someone to answer for almost an hour. I merged a call between this store and corporate for an hour. I finally spoke to someone in corporate who told me it was nothing they could do besides send an email to the owner (which I had already did online on dominos) because it’s an independently owned franchise who apparently has not learned how to answer the phone. Now I have a charge on my account for an order that was never picked up, 3 days ago.
