The customer service over the phone was great as well as the delivery which was straight to my door. On the other hand I ordered LARGE beef and broccoli with plain fried rice, for $20.41. I let it be known over the phone that I thought that was a crazy price for the meal. She let me know that the order would come in two, one platter would have the plain fried rice and the other the beef and broccoli. When I received my order I couldn’t believe how small the portion was compared to the price. Also, the beef in the meal was super chewy and I couldn’t even eat it, the broccoli was hard and that was the first time I’ve seen plain fried rice in that fashion. The New KING of Chinese takeout in the Columbia University Area. I tried them all. Everything here is on point and portion sizes are massive. Delivery is fast. Nice polite delivery guy too. I’m happy to support. Hope they stay here long as well. Can’t go wrong with the usuals, General Tsos, Egg Foo Yeung, Chicken Noodle soup (perfect for flu season), and their homemade tea is really good as well.
