I had a highly disappointing experience with King Columbus Gourmet Deli. On September 5 at 12:30 am, I placed an order through Uber Eats for three chicken over rice and a chicken Caesar salad. Shortly after, the store called and asked me to cancel the order because their grill was closed. I complied and canceled the order, but when I contacted Uber Eats customer support, they informed me that they couldn't issue a refund since the issue was with the restaurant.
The next day, I tried to resolve the situation directly with the store’s owner, requesting either a refund or replacement items. Unfortunately, the store refused to take responsibility and did not offer any resolution. As a result, I feel like my money was taken without any attempt to rectify the situation.
