This Dunkin is very terrible. My sister was there last week she bought three different drinks and two sandwich. They gave her her order but forgot one of her drink we didn’t notice until we got home sharing the drinks she bought it was a surprise for us. Now we called Dunkin trying to tell them we didn’t get our drink no1 answer we couldn’t go back because of work. Now my mom went personally since we kept calling and no1 answered. My mom decided to go into the Dunkin explained the situation and the Employee got the nerve to tell my mom she’s fighting for a $3 drink why didn’t she make she she had all her drinks b4 she left. Read moreIt's unbelievable how these people get hired. As a former worker of Dunkin' Donuts, I know it is very important to listen to what the customer needs and wants. However these four of the five workers that were working today on June 23rd of 2025 at 1pm, do not know how to serve customers. I asked for a mango pienapple refresher with no ice and cold foam on top. I paid an extra 75 cents for the cold foam, which I don't mind, I know how it works. After questioning my order and repeating it for 30 seconds, they finally made my drink. You workers are getting paid for it, so make it the way I want. I was given little to no cold foam on the top. Theres a line where cold foam is supposed to be served and they gave the smallest line possible. They even tell me in a rude and sarcastic tone to not come back if I need ice in my drink....
Read moreThey are the worst. Firstly, they don’t take orders properly. Secondly, they call out orders with the wrong names. One of the ladies making drinks once called our order incorrectly, and when we eventually figured out she was referring to our order, we went to pick it up. However, she made a shallow and rude comment, which caught us by surprise.
Making mistakes with orders or drinks on a busy day is understandable, but passing rude comments to a customer is really unprofessional. I reached out to customer care via email, and they responded, claiming that they focus heavily on customer service. However, they never followed up on my complaint.
I hope other customers at the 179th Street Hillside location are treated with respect. The last thing I want is to pay for a coffee that isn’t what I ordered and be insulted in...
