Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This is the last time coming to this Dunkin’ Today 11/04/22 around 8:45am I hope a manager actually read this review because it’s unbelievable how you go to buy a coffee to start your day and a person with not empathy kindness or customer service skills or a person that doesn’t love their job end up ruining your day with a nonsense . I experienced the worse service I ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts This guy I don’t know his name but I know he’s from Bangladesh I just hope he’s not an supervisor because he lacks on people skills ,I believe he is from Bangladesh because as rude as he is he kept giving attitude to me and talking about me with the others 2 female employees in its language. I work at skyway ,so it was convenient for me to come here to get Dunkin’ coffee that I love other than getting it cross street in the other food court /gas station . But this is the last time . These employees don’t know how to listen orders always confused and even if I was wrong in his delusional mind he was supposed to act accordingly and professionally because I’m a lady and I never say bad worse to him. So the least he could have done it’s say something nice like no worries ma’am I’ll make it again whatever but he thought he was talking with his friends and he needed to give an attitude to a customer !
