Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I go to this store once in a while but today will definitely be the last time I go in. There was like 9 people inside so I sat down and just ordered from the app. Simple order some munchkins and a iced coffee. Waited for 5 minutes after the line was gone to ask about my order. The lady doesnt speak English well enough to answer the question. I think, im just going to use the bathroom and give them a little more time. NO BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS. Are you kidding me? Its ILLEGAL to have seating in any food establishment and no bathroom for customers. The amount of seating you have is literally based on the restroom amount available for your customers. Its a health code violation and I will be reporting them for it. Tried to just put it out of my head and wait but another 10 minutes go by and no order. Asked the lady again and she recites every order except mines to me, even though I am giving her the order number. I told her forget it ,I need to use the restroom and over 20 minutes for an ice coffee and munchkins is ridiculous. Would never go here again and I would recommend going to the other dunkin donuts thats less than a five...

The service is horrible 2 weeks ago between and I asked for a medium chocolate and they gave me a medium coffee and those who work there are always touching and cleaning everything with the same gloves with which they prepare the sandwiches and when I saw it I didn't even want anything and When I told him that I had asked for the coffee, he did not want to change it and he did not want to give me the money and I had to tell him that I would call the police and that is how they gave it back to me I never go back to that place the worst service I have had.. no vuelvo...

Very bad experience had with this DD sales women on 3/20 around 6:28pm ? Sale women from Bangladesh who is calling out everyone is begar here come to this DD while she is looking out window checkinh on disturbing people who's playing radio laud not even bother repel them or call a law enforcement same time there was line of 6 people who's are actual paying customers she didn't even bother serving ? It was very bad...
