Terrible Customer Service at this location “Dunkin' Donuts “ 05/13/2024
My recent experience at Dunkin' Donuts was the worst I've ever had as a customer. I'm a morning regular, ordering my coffee and multigrain bagel egg and cheese every day before work around 8:30 am. However, yesterday morning, after receiving my order and discovering they had forgotten the essentials - the egg and cheese in my bagel, I was deeply disappointed.
Thinking it was a simple human error, I decided to overlook it and address the issue the next day. Yet, my attempt to resolve it was met with a total lack of professionalism. The cashier questioned my word, refusing to acknowledge their mistake. She said what time you came I said 8:30 she said I was here yesterday at this time I didn’t saw you.. so she means I’m a LIAR it’s just like I’m asking for free bagel and it’s my fault that they made mistake in my order. Even when I asked to speak to the manager, he ignored me and continued his tasks as if I were invisible.
Despite providing proof of payment by card and my efforts to resolve the issue promptly, I was treated with disdain and neglect. No apology was offered for the error or the inappropriate treatment. There is always a mistake in order in this location and they are so slow.
In summary, the customer service at Dunkin' Donuts leaves much to be desired. I hope this review reaches management so they can train their staff to provide quality service and handle complaints with respect...
Read more3 words... Slow, Slow, Slow. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. I'm trying to rack my brain around how they can be that Slow. I've been a few times because my wife gets her nails done in the area so I buy a couple of drinks. Takes forever. I go inside because drive thru is way worse. They take 1 car at a time and still takes forever. So I go inside and still an issue. I'm observing their movements and there is no sense of urgency. Alot of wasted movements Alot of talking but alot getting done. So today 12-29-23 i ordered 2 ice coffees 2 ham and Swiss stuffers. 2 glazed donuts. Waited 10 min + They forgot to bag the donuts. The ice coffee had no flavor. They were large and they only put 2 shots of flavor plus they were watered down. But get this and swear I have never seen this. Right hand to God. The 2 ham and Swiss stuffers,, ICE F-ing COLD. THEY DIDNT EVEN HEAT THOSE SUCKERS UP... literally frozen ham. Unedible should have took them back but my wife were in a rush so we got hosed. Read moreI arrived at this location and went through the drive thru (since the location is currently closed for takeout/dine in), once at the speaker I was unable to hear anyone so I drove up to the window and requested to place my order. The man at the counter stated that I had to get back on line to place my order although I had just spent 12 minutes in line. He stated that he could only take my order at the speaker. I visited this location all week (on feet) and walked up to that same window to place my order, he stated that I could only place the order on foot. His customer service skills were disgusting, he did not care whether I had a disability or not and was unable to hear from the speaker. This was the worst experience that I have had at any Dunkin location and I do not recommend. When I asked to speak with a manager he claimed that he was the manager. Terrible example for employees!
