Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

One of the managers there was very rude and disrespectful , one of the employees made me a iced Tea with lemon with way to much sweetener , the iced tea didn’t taste like iced tea ! It tasted like sweetener , So as I told the manager that it tasted like sweetener he didn’t offer to make me a new one he just started to be disrespectful saying it doesn’t make since for him to make a new one he can just refund me my money . As hot as it was he didn’t offer to make me a new one , As he was refunding me my money he starting saying under his breath “Why would I make a new one You only paid 2 dollars and change for I can just refund you your money “ I Got so irritated because he made me feel as if I was a child , this employee at this location doesn’t deserve to have any title that he has , he was very rude and disgusting I work for corporate company and that type of customer service isn’t acceptable. And if any manager or corporate office see’s this review in which they will , you guys would need to investigate this on that locations camera footage he was very rude I am so deranged right now because I never ever had this kind of service...

I would like to give a 5 star rating because the Hot chocolate Mint flavor was delicious but the store looks dirty, need painting and were a few flies. I won’t ever in my life buy donuts in this place but I recommend the hot chocolate MINT flavor, I tried this flavor in other places and wasn’t as good as in here, TRY IT!!
